(1) Check the water tap if water flows or not

(2) Check inside if any ice cube is stuck

(1) Check the condenser whether it is blocked by dust or something else (by opening the easy cover at the front to check the condenser)

(2) Check the ventilation (should have some gap on the left hand side of the unit as the motor is on the left hand side of SKIPIO under bench units)

(3) Check inside the unit to check if something is blocking the evaporator fan so it is making hard to circulate the cool air

(1) Check the serial number on the blue sticker (inside the right hand side door for under bench units, at the back for Ice maker and under bench drawer units)

(2) Take a photo of the serial number and send it to service team to check whether the unit is under warranty or not
